Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media and Content Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies across social media platforms to drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience and supports our overall marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and others.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) tailored to each platform’s audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content marketing campaigns that align with our brand’s voice and objectives.
- Monitor, track, and report on social media performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize content and strategy.
- Engage with our social media community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster positive relationships with our audience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and content marketing.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Assist in the creation and editing of marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, and other digital content.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to produce high-quality visual content.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer, Content Marketer, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Prior experience working in an agency – Mandatory
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
