We are looking for an innovative AI Engineer / Practice Lead with hands-on expertise in Generative AI (GenAI), Agentic AI, and AI product development. The ideal candidate will design, build, and deploy intelligent systems that autonomously reason, plan, and act, transforming enterprise workflows into AI-driven ecosystems. You will work closely with solution architects and business teams to develop production-grade AI systems leveraging LLMs, LangChain, RAG frameworks, and multi-agent architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Product Development: Design and develop scalable AI-driven products, from POC to production-ready systems.
• Generative AI Engineering: Fine-tune, prompt-engineer, and deploy LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral) for text, chat, code, and multimodal use cases.
• Agentic AI Systems: Build multi-agent architectures that autonomously reason, plan, and execute tasks across enterprise workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• End-to-End Implementation: Orchestrate intelligent pipelines integrating AI models, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma), APIs, and orchestration tools (n8n, Airflow, Azure AI Studio).
• Data Integration: Work with structured/unstructured data, perform embedding generation, optimize RAG pipelines, and implement semantic search.
• Productization: Transform AI prototypes into production-ready applications using MLOps best practices and cloud-native deployment (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business analysts, product owners, and architects to identify automation and decision-making opportunities.
• Continuous Innovation: Research and implement emerging frameworks in autonomous agents, tool use, memory-based reasoning, and multi-modal integration.

Required Skills:

• Core AI Expertise: LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral), GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI), vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, Chroma), RAG, prompt engineering.
• Agentic AI Proficiency: Multi-agent orchestration, memory frameworks, planning–acting–reflection loops, API/database integration.
• Programming Skills: Python (FastAPI, Flask), JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js), Transformers, OpenAI API, LangChain, Pydantic.
• Cloud & Deployment: Azure AI Studio, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, Docker, CI/CD, MLOps pipelines.
• Data Engineering Understanding: ETL, data cleaning, embedding generation pipelines.
• Soft Skills: Problem-solving, innovation mindset, communication, agile collaboration.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, or Data Science.
• Prior experience building AI-based products or startups.
• Exposure to CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, DSPy.
• Understanding of enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics) for AI integration.
• Certifications in AI/ML, Azure AI Engineer, or Generative AI.
