We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Practice Lead to establish, scale, and drive our cybersecurity services portfolio. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership, enabling the development of a robust cybersecurity practice that aligns with evolving enterprise security needs. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in threat management, cloud security, compliance frameworks, and SOC operations, along with the ability to lead teams, define service offerings, and engage with clients at a senior level.

Responsibilities:

Practice Leadership:

  • Define and expand the cybersecurity service portfolio (SOC, SIEM, IAM, Cloud Security, GRC, Threat Intelligence).
  • Establish best practices, methodologies, and frameworks aligned to NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS.
  • Build and mentor a strong cybersecurity delivery team.

Hands-On Technical Engagement:

  • Architect and implement end-to-end security solutions across enterprise IT, cloud, and hybrid environments.
  • Lead threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
  • Design and deploy SOC operations, SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel), and EDR/XDR solutions.
  • Hands-on with cloud security controls (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevSecOps pipelines.

Client Engagement & Delivery:

  • Engage with CXOs to assess cybersecurity maturity and define roadmaps.
  • Translate complex security needs into tailored solutions and proposals.
  • Lead delivery of cybersecurity assessments, penetration tests, compliance audits, and managed services.
  • Support RFP responses, solution pitches, and thought leadership in client engagements.

    Innovation & Research:
  • Stay updated on emerging threats, AI-driven security, and Zero Trust architectures.
  • Build proprietary accelerators, security playbooks, and reusable solution assets.
  • Collaborate with product and AI teams to integrate agentic AI for cybersecurity automation.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of network security, endpoint security, IAM, data protection, SOC/SIEM, and incident response.
  • Expertise in at least one major cloud security platform (AWS Security Hub, Azure Defender, GCP Security Command Center).
  • Proficiency in Vulnerability Management tools (Nessus, Qualys, Tenable) and Penetration Testing frameworks (Metasploit, Burp Suite, Kali Linux).
  • Hands-on experience with DevSecOps, IaC security (Terraform, Ansible), container security (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust frameworks, SASE, and XDR.
  • Proven ability to set up cybersecurity practices or CoEs in IT services organizations.
  • Strong track record of client-facing consulting and solutioning.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary cybersecurity teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for CXO-level discussions.

Preferred Certifications:

  • CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC
  • CEH, OSCP, or equivalent for penetration testing
  • CCSP, AWS/Azure/GCP Security certifications
  • ITIL, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in building SOC operations or managed security services.
  • Exposure to AI/ML-driven security automation.
  • Experience in European/US compliance frameworks.
  • Advanced degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related discipline.
