Position: Domestic IT Recruiter
Experience: 3 – 5 Years
Location: Hyderabad (Madhapur)
Shift: Day Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Working Days: 5 Days/Week

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify top talent.
- Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate further interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and closing candidates.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future positions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
