Tek Leaders Inc. is hiring skilled MLOps Engineers to support production-scale AI/ML initiatives for a key enterprise client. The role involves building robust deployment pipelines, ensuring scalability, and maintaining operational health for machine learning workloads across cloud environments. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for ML model deployment 

• Containerize ML applications using Docker and deploy via Azure ML (or AWS/GCP) 

• Configure real-time monitoring dashboards using Prometheus and Grafana 

• Implement Kubernetes-based orchestration for scalable model serving (preferred) 

• Optimize deployment workflows, automate testing, and manage infrastructure scripts 

• Collaborate with data scientists for seamless model rollout and A/B testing 

• Ensure system performance, uptime, and alerting across environments 

Required Skills: 

• Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.) 

• Linux environment management 

• Azure ML, or equivalent ML deployment on AWS/GCP 

• Monitoring: Grafana, Prometheus 

• Git, Python scripting 

• Experience with ML model deployment workflows 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• 6+ years in MLOps and backend infrastructure 

• Proven experience deploying TensorFlow or PyTorch models 

• Strong in scripting, debugging, alerting, and performance tuning 

• Hands-on with Kubernetes, Helm charts, and container orchestration
