We are looking for an experienced Murex Business Analyst (BA) to join our growing Financial Services practice. This role is ideal for seasoned professionals with deep knowledge of Rates & Money Market products, repo asset classes, and experience driving large-scale projects and testing initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver successful outcomes on Murex and related financial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Rates & Money Market products and their life cycle events.
• Act as Murex BO BA with 5+ years of experience covering Confirmations, Settlements, and high-level understanding of SWIFT.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Prepare and present status reports to senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
• Track test progress, coordinate with testing teams, and ensure successful completion of testing phases.
• Leverage prior experience in large projects migrating repo asset classes to drive successful project outcomes.
• Contribute Murex knowledge to project delivery (Murex experience is a plus but not mandatory).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst with some Project Management experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of Repo and SBL products and their life cycle events.
• Proven experience in managing backlogs, status reporting, and risk & issue management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with Front Office stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Murex platform.
• Prior experience in large projects migrating Rates/MM asset classes.
