Tek Leaders Inc. is hiring a Power Automate & Power BI Developer for an exciting 3-month client engagement in Dubai. The role focuses on building scalable automation workflows and dynamic business intelligence dashboards to drive operational excellence and data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end workflows using Power Automate
- Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards based on stakeholder needs
- Integrate data from sources like SharePoint, SQL Server, Excel, and Dynamics 365
- Translate business KPIs into meaningful visualizations and insights
- Optimize dashboard performance and ensure data accuracy
- Maintain documentation and manage deployment processes
- Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Automate
- Strong command of DAX, Power Query (M Language), and data modeling
- Experience with PowerApps, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Azure integration
- Solid understanding of SQL and data warehousing concepts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-Have:
- Microsoft certifications (PL-300, PL-500, or PL-900)
- Experience in consulting or agile environments
- Knowledge of Power Platform governance and security roles
Duration: 3 Months (Extendable based on project needs)
