Tek Leaders Inc. is hiring Python AI/ML Engineers for a cutting-edge AI product initiative with a top enterprise client. This role demands deep expertise in LLMs, NLP, backend architecture, and Generative AI tools like LangChain and LangGraph. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design and develop scalable backend services using FastAPI and microservices architecture 

• Build LLM-based applications using LangChain, LangGraph, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines 

• Apply NLP and ML knowledge to real-world use cases including document summarization, search, and Q&A 

• Write clean, efficient Python code with strong debugging and performance optimization 

• Contribute to solution architecture and drive end-to-end component development 

• Collaborate with AI teams on integrating agentic AI systems and prompt-based logic 

Required Skills: 

• Generative AI: LLMs, LangGraph, LangChain, RAG 

• Machine Learning & NLP: Applied and theoretical expertise 

• Backend: FastAPI, Microservices, RESTful APIs 

• Python: Clean coding practices, debugging, performance tuning 

• Strong architectural understanding and ability to own modules end-to-end 

• Exposure to Agentic AI development and modern AI workflows
