Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze healthcare data, including patient records and treatment outcomes, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement process improvements in areas like patient scheduling, billing, and data management.
- Work closely with IT teams to implement healthcare information systems, ensuring compliance with privacy and security regulations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Generate reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Provide training and technical support to end users on new systems and processes.
- Stay updated on healthcare regulations and IT standards to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- 10–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare domain.
- Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting methods, and business intelligence software.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and IT standards.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Experience with project management is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
