Tek Leaders Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our remote team. If you have a strong background in AWS Cloud services, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, and CI/CD tools, and you’re passionate about infrastructure automation and deploying AI solutions, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure AWS infrastructure using services like EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, and CloudFormation.
2. Automate the provisioning and management of infrastructure resources using Terraform.
3. Deploy, configure, and manage Kubernetes clusters with Amazon EKS to ensure high availability and scalability of applications.
4. Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Argo CD, Bitbucket, and Bamboo.
5. Collaborate with AI/ML teams to deploy and manage AI solutions on AWS Cloud.
6. Develop scripts and tools using Bash or Python to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
7. Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to maintain optimal system health.
8. Implement best practices for security and compliance, ensuring all systems adhere to industry standards and regulations.
9. Document infrastructure, procedures, and troubleshooting guides to ensure consistency across environments.
10. Automate repetitive tasks using Python/Bash to enhance infrastructure management.

Mandatory Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience, with 5-7 years in a DevOps role or similar position.
3. Proven hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services and a deep understanding of cloud architecture.
4. Strong experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
5. Solid experience in deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters, particularly with Amazon EKS.
6. Proficiency with Argo CD, Bitbucket, and Bamboo for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
7. Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
8. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
9. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Experience in deploying and managing AI solutions on AWS Cloud.
2. AWS certifications like AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
3. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as the ELK Stack or AWS CloudWatch.
4. Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements in cloud environments.
5. Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet.
