Tek Leaders Inc. is looking for a highly experienced Senior Python Developer to design and build scalable applications, with expertise in Hitachi Ops Center Automator, Django, and containerized environments. The role demands proficiency in backend development, DevOps integration, and infrastructure automation.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Python plugins for Hitachi Ops Center Automator to automate storage-based workflows.
- Build robust web applications using Python and Django frameworks.
- Design and optimize database schemas using PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Leverage Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, business-aligned solutions.
- Ensure clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Stay up to date with emerging Python tools and backend technologies.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using Terraform.
- Assist with infrastructure setup, configuration, and system reliability enhancements.
Qualifications:
- 8–10 years of strong experience in Python development with a focus on enterprise-grade applications.
- Proficiency in Django, REST APIs, and container-based development.
- Experience with Hitachi Ops Center Automator is highly desirable.
- Deep knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and infrastructure as code practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
