Tek Leaders Inc. is seeking a technically adept and client-focused Technical Engagement Manager to lead the successful delivery of AI-powered solutions to enterprise clients. This role bridges project management, customer success, and technical solutioning—ensuring clients extract measurable business value from our AI offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate banking domain expertise into business requirements and solution designs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients during implementation and post-sales engagement.
  • Convert client needs into actionable technical requirements aligned with product capabilities and roadmap.
  • Lead project delivery through effective planning, coordination, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and product teams to tailor and deploy AI solutions.
  • Manage client communications, risks, and delivery expectations throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to help clients adopt, scale, and optimize AI-driven solutions.
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on real-world solution performance.

Qualifications:

  • 10–12 years of experience in technical project management, client delivery, or solution engineering—preferably within SaaS, AI, or enterprise platforms.
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML technologies, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, and data engineering concepts.
  • Proven track record of managing complex enterprise client engagements involving cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience operating within Agile or Scrum teams to deliver iterative and scalable solutions.
